My daughter has Tonsillar hypertrophy with sleep disordered breathing patterns. When we first saw Mr Almeyda he noticed how underweight she was and said before we can remove the tonsils she needs to weight more but she became unwell and lost more weight ended up in hospital in-between appointments so when we returned she had only put on a small amount of weight. Mr Almeyda contacted the paediatrician who arranged for her to have blood tests done. She's now on protein shakes and all sorts. She has appointments to see a Paediatrician and we are in contact with a dietitian and they are all trying to help her. A big thank you for all your help

My first consultation with Mr Almeyda went extremely well. He was very comprehensive in his examination and analysis of my symptoms and issues. He was so helpful to me with addressing my balance issues and recommending therapy that I could do myself online. Mr Almeyda had a very thorough, understanding and kind approach to myself (and, I'm sure, all his other patients with their various ENT issues) and I left his consulting room feeling reassured that he will be continuing his investigations for me with a CT scan, followed by the results of that. I would most certainly recommend Mr Almeyda to everyone needing professional assistance with their conditions.

Prior to my surgery at the hospital Mr Almeyda spoke with me and explained the procedure which was reassuring and gave me confidence. I think it is important for the patient to be fully informed in a kindly manner and I was given the opportunity to ask any questions. I found the environment in the theatre very calming. Mr. Almeyda spoke to me later in the ward to check on my condition and I was given clear instructions to care for myself at home and given medication to help with the healing. The experience, treatment and care were first class. The follow-up consultation was courteous and helpful. The need for future reviews were explained and arranged for me.
